Last night we were supposed to put out bowls of chicken and dumplings and some nail polish
So we could get a visit and some biscuits in our stockings.
EDIT: I have read also that on her day you can serve in her honor banana pudding and sweet tea.

Doing my nails the same way I have since I was twelve: Sparkly, colourful, imperfect & DIY with $5 pharmacy nail polish.

I am not great at it. I'm not letting that stop me. I'd rather be messy and colourful. If you do a top coat of something sparkly and translucent it hides a lot of mistakes.

(this is 2 coats of the various pastels covered by one coat of sparkly translucent purple)

This is ONE COAT! What a difference.
I will likely do another coat, not for coverage but for durability.
