Donald Trump is simply a Con Artist with too much wealth who has spent his entire life chasing fantasies. One of his latest fantasies is The Board of Peace with Donald Trump as Chairman for life. True peace can only come from the rule of law based on just laws evenly applied to all. It is clear from his actions that the Con Artist does not respect the rule of law and has no idea how to obtain a lasting peace in any conflict.

An International Warrant for the arrest of Vladimir Putin was issued by the International Criminal Court on 3/17/2023. On 8/15/2025 Trump met with Putin at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska, USA. Would there still be a war in Ukraine if Putin had been arrested and turned over to the ICC? He was on American soil on an American military base and there is nothing in American law or International law to prevent his arrest. There was absolutely nothing standing in the way accept the cowardice of the Con Artist. An arrest warrant was issued by the International Criminal Court for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu on 7/7/2025. Since that date Netanyahu has made multiple visits to the White House and is planning another White House meeting with Trump in the near future. If Netanyahu had been arrested and turned over to the International Criminal Court would the genocide and ethnic cleansing still be going on? Does the world really need a Board of Peace with the Con Artist at the helm for life?

Within minutes of that shooting, President Trump was declaring the shooting to be a justifiable act against a terrorist, claiming that the victim used her car as a weapon to run down the ICE officer causing life threatening injuries.

Law enforcement, investigation, and prosecution take time, and no government official at any level of government should ever rush to judgment or make public announcements before all of the facts are in and due process has occurred.

He was sentenced to 45 years in prison for his involvement in that drug trafficking. On December 1, 2025, US President Trump issued a Presidential Pardon for Hernandez and he was set free from prison that same day.
On January 3, 2026 President Trump ordered a military invasion of Venezuela to capture the Venezuelan President and bring him to the United States for trial on drug trafficking charges. To pardon a convicted drug trafficker one day and order the military invasion of another sovereign nation a month later to arrest an accused drug traffic er is the ultimate in con artist hypocrisy. It is time to stand up and hold the con artist accountable for his actions.

The United States and Russian Federation have been violating the United Nations Charter for decades. True peace can only come from just laws equally applied to all. Might makes right and vigilante justice will never lead to lasting peace, the injustice simply leads to more injustice.

Article 27 paragraph 3 states: Decisions of the Security Council on all other matters shall be made by an affirmative vote of nine members including the concurring votes of the permanent members; provided that, in decisions under Chapter VI, and under paragraph 3 of Article 52, a party to a dispute shall abstain from voting.
The United States and Russia have violated the Unanimous Consent Clause dozens of times. It is impossible to end armed conflicts when a party to the dispute can block all UN action. It is time for the General Assembly to stand up and hold the United States and Russia accountable for their actions. It is time for the General Assembly to file a complaint with the International Court of Justice and start a publicity campaign to raise awareness of these violations. As a remedy the General Assembly should ask the ICJ to impose a one year suspension of all United Nations rights and privileges for both the United States and Russia. A one year suspension would give the rest of the world time to take action to end the wars in Gaza and Ukraine.

It is time for the rest of the world to stand up against Russian and American aggression and their violations of the United Nations Charter. The human race is facing an existential threat caused by overpopulation, global warming, climate change, political/religious conflict, imperialism, war, and the failure of the United Nations to achieve its primary mandate of maintaining international peace and security. UN Charter Article 23 Paragraph 1 clearly defines the permanent members of the Security Council, they are: The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America. In accordance with the current UN Charter, the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China are not permanent members of the Security Council and have no right to vote on issues before the council. The United States, Great Britain, and France must abstain if they are involved in any dispute before the council. The United States is the aggressor in Venezuela and MUST ABSTAIN on any vote concerning that conflict.
It is time for the General Assembly to stand up and hold the United States and Russia accountable for their actions.
