The #1s are typically more dominant in women's hoops than for the men, but that's especially true this year. Some very, very good programs at the top. Big step down after that, except to some extent LSU which is kind of an unfair matchup for UCLA in the Elite Eight.

Kid #1 report his bike helmet was stolen while parked at UBC. Not sure who steals a sweaty used helmet but apparently the same person to steals an escooter. Fortunately kid #1's ebike wasn't stolen/damaged. But kudos to the thief for looking out for their own head-safety? I guess?

I got to see the touring company of “& Juliet” last night, a musical I’d been wanting to see for years. It is high-energy and very good silly fun. Strong recommendation from me.

For those not familiar, “& Juliet” is a jukebox musical based on the songs of Max Martin. You know the songs even if you don’t know Max Martin because he’s written 28 Billboard #1s (with/for TSwift, Britney, Katy Perry, Pink, and many, many boy bands)—that puts him in second place behind Paul McCartney (32) and ahead of John Lennon (26).

Our Orlando run had local boy Joey Fatone (of NSYNC fame) as part of the cast. Fatone received an unprompted standing ovation from the local fans after his big musical number. Nice moment.
