I'm not convinced by the idea of the #10xDeveloper.

HOWEVER, I've seen enough CVs and other things that I think there might be 3x Developers and then 0.5x Developers who get themselves in a 2/3 capacity space!

#10xDeveloper is a toxic BS.
BUT 0.1x developers are a real problem, often hidden, sometimes very widespread, that can create absurd losses over time. That's how you get #overemployed.

A 1x developer among 0.1x team looks like a rock star, a god of programming. Creating a team of 0.1x around 1x dev just allows 0.1 culture to continue (a surprisingly common disease in a large companies - heck: I know a case where a guy wasn't attending work at #Nokia for 2 months before anyone found out).

Also Leute die nur halb so produktiv wie der durchschnittliche Entwickler sind, die aber auch dafür sorgen dass ich nur halb so produktiv sein muss?

So Aufwand reduzieren statt sich über erledigten Aufwand zu freuen? Bitte?
