    1. Look at the shelves for a maple leaf
    2. Pull up #MapleScan on my cellphone
    3. Double check by scanning it
    4. If it’s a store brand, like No Name by Loblaws, but not a product of Canada, OR it says made in canada but NOT by a canadian company or parent company, I start scanning products on the shelf without a maple leaf.
    5. Often times there ARE products on the shelf which are a true “ #productofCanada ”, by #canadiancompanies, sans maple leaf sticker with the price tag.

    I’ll opt for #100%canadian where I can, mostly Canadian second, lastly made anywhere but the US.
