" 'Warmer oceans are loading the monsoon with extra moisture, and a warmer atmosphere holds more water, fueling intense rainfall when moist air is forced up steep mountain slopes,' said Koll, from the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology.
"During the southwest monsoon season, annual rains fall across parts of India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh brought by winds from the Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea, which have undergone rapid warming in recent years. "

C'est souvent quelque chose que je critique en ramenant sans cesse la question de l'enseignement du français écrit chez les sourds et sourdes. Ça les coupe à l'information. Ce témoignage de 2008 n'a pas pris une ride. C'est très énervant.
Après plusieurs années d’expérience, en tant que personne sourde et professeur de langue des signes dans des établissements scolaires pour jeunes sourds, je souhaite partager mes observations concernant l’état actuel de la communauté sourde. En effet la situation d’aujourd’hui est très loin d’être satisfaisante et occasionne de nombreux échanges, que ce soit dans les lieux privés, professionnels ou dans les salons sourds… sans qu’il n’y ait toujours de traces écrites. Passer des signes au papier permet de porter ces « paroles » au-delà des cercles sourds. A ce titre, il est flagrant de remarquer combien les non-initiés méconnaissent le monde des sourds.
Et c’est encore plus rare pour les « entendants » d’accéder directement à la parole des sourds, les nombreux ouvrages existant sur la question étant rédigés dans la très grande majorité par des entendants.
Le texte qui suit se veut un simple témoignage qui allie observations et réflexions sur les obstacles rencontrés par la majorité des sourds, autour de deux grands axes : l’éducation des enfants sourds et la place des sourds dans la société française.
