  4. FlapJax buyback program, 10-09 to 10-18: an independent on-chain audit

Every figure below comes from the BNB Smart Chain itself. Nothing here is taken from the
FlapJax team's own summary; where my numbers disagree with theirs, the transaction that
shows it is listed in full so anyone can re-check it on BscScan or any public BSC node.

Audit window: 2026-10-09T00:00:00Z to 2026-10-19T00:00:00Z (UTC), read as blocks 126342267-128646267 on chain BSC.

    What the program is

The FlapJax treasury buys FLAPJAX with 0.01 BNB once a day in the PancakeSwap V3
    FLAPJAX/WBNB 1% pool, buy-only. The pool is
    0xcA93EC685b8623688E6B236f9068034B298c2150, the token is
    0x90c8889f428F9Ebb77BB8f15CAD3a50a9aC680df (BEP-20, 18 decimals), the treasury is
0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f and the router used is the PancakeSwap V3
    router 0x1b81d678ffb9c0263b24a97847620c99d213eb14.

    How I read the chain

No explorer account, no API key, no paid endpoint. I asked a public BSC JSON-RPC node for
the token's own Transfer logs and then pulled one receipt per buy:

    eth_getLogs {
    fromBlock: <start of the window>,
    toBlock: <end of the window>,
    address: 0x90c8889f428F9Ebb77BB8f15CAD3a50a9aC680df, # FLAPJAX
    topics: [0xddf252ad1be2c89b69c2b068fc378daa952ba7f163c4a11628f55a4df523b3ef, # Transfer
    0x000000000000000000000000cA93EC685b8623688E6B236f9068034B298c2150, # from = the pool
    0x0000000000000000000000007C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f] # to = the treasury
    }

then, per buy, eth_getTransactionReceipt and eth_getTransactionByHash. A buy is
structurally identical every time: the transaction carries exactly 0.01 BNB of native
    value
to the PancakeSwap V3 router, the router wraps it to WBNB and sends the WBNB to
the pool, and the pool transfers FLAPJAX to the treasury. So the BNB side is tx.value
and the token side is the FLAPJAX Transfer log; the receipt contains both, and they
agree on every one of the nine buys below (0.01 BNB in, ~23.5-24.1 million FLAPJAX out).

I scanned the window in 50,000-block slices with no gaps, and I also scanned every
FLAPJAX transfer out of the treasury over the same range (216 transfers) so that the
fourth claim could be checked rather than assumed.

    The nine buys

    Totals and the average price

average price paid = total BNB / total FLAPJAX

    = 4.205553e-10 BNB per FLAPJAX
price of the FIRST buy = 0.01 BNB / 24,052,995.308272 FLAPJAX = 4.157486e-10 BNB per FLAPJAX
price of the LAST buy = 0.01 BNB / 23,506,585.156697 FLAPJAX = 4.254127e-10 BNB per FLAPJAX

The price paid rose across the window, from 4.157486e-10 BNB per FLAPJAX on 2026-10-09 to 4.254127e-10 on 2026-10-18 (+2.32%):
the treasury kept buying the same size of position into a rising price.

    Their four statements, marked

    1. "Nine buys of 0.01 BNB each (0.09 BNB in total)" - MATCH.

The chain shows 9 buys, each carrying exactly 0.01 BNB of native value to the router,
    for a total of 0.09 BNB. The 9 buys are the rows above: blocks 126684151, 126875701, 127067713, 127261246, 127452454, 127643212, 128086717, 128178495, 128370339.

    2. "One a day except 10-15, which was missed" - MISMATCH.

Buys per calendar day, straight from the block timestamps above:

    2026-10-09 buys: 1
    2026-10-10 buys: 1
    2026-10-11 buys: 1
    2026-10-12 buys: 1
    2026-10-13 buys: 1
    2026-10-14 buys: 1
2026-10-15 NO BUY <- no buyback transaction in this window
2026-10-16 NO BUY <- no buyback transaction in this window
    2026-10-17 buys: 2
    2026-10-18 buys: 1

Two days carry no buy transaction at all: 2026-10-15 and 2026-10-16. The statement only accounts for 10-15
being missed, and it says the make-up is owed on 10-23, so as written it does not match
the chain: 10-16 has no buy either, and 2026-10-17 carries 2 buys, which is where a make-up
most plausibly landed. The two 10-17 transactions are blocks 128086717 and 128178495, 23,669,235.465921 and 23,597,938.349723 FLAPJAX.

    3. "Every buy's FLAPJAX went to the treasury" - MATCH.

The Transfer log of all 9 buys has the treasury as the only recipient, and in every
receipt the FLAPJAX moved pool -> treasury and nowhere else. The total the treasury
received over the window is 214,002,792.664923 FLAPJAX.

    4. "The treasury sent no FLAPJAX to the pool in that window" - MATCH.

I scanned every FLAPJAX Transfer out of the treasury over the whole window (216 transfers)
and 0 of them had the pool as the recipient. The treasury only ever received FLAPJAX
from the pool in this window.

    Cross-checks

    • Every one of the 9 buys calls the PancakeSwap V3 router 0x1b81d678ffb9c0263b24a97847620c99d213eb14.
    • The WBNB Transfer from the router to the pool in each receipt equals the 0.01 BNB that went in, so no other value path was used.
    • The FLAPJAX amount in each receipt matches the amount in the Transfer log I counted.
    • The scan of the window had no failed chunk, so the list is complete for that range.
