Features I wish macOS's menubar had:
1. Customize the keyboard shortcut for any menu item directly on the item itself (no having to go to settings.app)
2. Prevent as needed a menu from closing after clicking an item so you can select items in the same menu without having to reopen the menu.
3. Drag and drop any menu item into like a floating button pallet or toolbar, or another custom menu. I think there was an OS from the 90s that allowed something like this? NeXTStep maybe?
4. A menu that keeps a running chronological list of your menu selections for the current app/document. Could be helpful for finding an item when you can't remember what it's called and/or where it's located. The help menu has a search box but if you can't remember the item name it's not really helpful.
