kinda depressing looking at things like Higgsfield AI that really try (and succeed) to scoop up the tiktok ads market. this is the shit i'm competing against in the algorithm(s) unfortunately!
still, it makes me double down on human-coded video full of dirt and mess. in a world of ai video, zero colour grading hits harder.
also feel the pull towards less throwaway channels: i wanna see a video maker change and grow over time rather than pumping out bangers every time.
trying to internalise this and more

EXQUISITE CORPSE
- Everyone plays for 1 hour.
- The first+last 20 minutes of your hour overlaps with the previous+next performer.
- It starts+ends with an everyone-welcome-jam.
- We can do the same system for the mic(s).
- We can do the same thing for visuals by overlapping two projectors.
