^this was nice. adding the bars pane was a kind of test of Light's "mix" approach to """modular flok""". it was kind of easy to add this quickly despite things not being fully ready yet, which reassures me that the approach is the right direction!

@TodePond what was the name of the Strudel function that says "whatever this pattern is, it's supposed to fit this many cycles"? I've seen you use it, it's like an alternative to the {}% notation, but I can't find it in the reference now...

- definitely quieter than usual but i kinda loved it. not sure the venue did though 😛 i think we've all been a bit tired out from promotion following the festival and stuff and promoted things a bit later than usual, that's okay.
- also more first timers in the crowd maybe? a lot of stunned faces / observers? had nice chats with some of them
- got completely exhausted from dancing hard to Daniels set at the end. personally LOVE the iconic syntel8 graveyard slot. said this before but i love how the event changes into something completely different after 10

- bars renaissance is here. in the warmup jam it was a cypher of like (??) 6 people passing the mic. then for my real set it was 3 people spitting bars: NK, Mr K, Abi. oh my god i loved it so much. what i realise is i love setting the stage for other people to perform.
- it was funny, during my audio set, a lot of people around didn't even realise it was me performing. someone was like "oh wait is this you???" at one point. (i had my laptop attached to my shoulders and i walked round the crowd).
- i love being able to stand in front of the visuals when I'm performing audio
- yesss we got mike performing audio!!!! brought back some jamming muscle memory to dance through it with him (we used nudel together).
- i accidentally broke light just before the event lol. had to debuggg in the clubbbbb
- collab hydra with jade was awesome but holy shit neither of us had any idea how we did that. the emergent power of jamming!
