It has not met since last Monday when it took testimony from a "surprise" witness for the defense.

CW: War in Ukraine 🇺🇦 Update
Unconfirmed rumors are starting to swirl in the #Ukraine sphere that Ukrainian Armed Forces have landed or taken the #Kinburn Spit (peninsula).
Possibly a Ukrainian information disinformation campaign, but is a potential target for further advance.
It would significantly degrade the already depleted presence of the Black Sea Fleet and, more importantly, provide Ukraine with a means of getting to the left bank without crossing the Dnipro river.
