@KevinFreitas Its too bad that #NYCParks doesn't believe in permeable pavement. They are still using asphalt where they could use permeable grid pavers.
At least #NYCDEP understands permeable pavement. Maybe #NYCDOT can get on board.

He stated he had to own a car to visit relations and was not rich enough to give up the car and afford Uber. I rent a car when I travel. I never use Uber. Has he ever determined how expensive that car ownership is?

Speed gunned the #WestSideHighway at 104 from #CherryWalk at 10:15am. Most cars doing 58. A few over 60 and one at 75. If the goal of the 50 mph #speedlimit is 60 then fine . If it 50, the speed limit must be reduced to 40. To a driver, 50 means it's ok to do 55.
