I tried to edit #Wikidata tonight using #OpenRefine and #QuickStatements for the first time. Screwed up a few things and ended up fixing them by hand, but overall it was fun. And a lot less daunting than it had been in my head

@moinluk same here for several days.. Just have Qid property to add after reconciliation with #Wikidata, ans "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try late" when i try to add other properties. No solution on forum for now..https://forum.openrefine.org/t/add-columns-from-reconciled-values-not-working-via-wikidata/2746/9

Heute habe ich bei #wikikult (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiKult_-_Offene_Kulturdaten) zusammen mit @jwoitkowitz und @r0man_ist kurz über den SOS-Editathon gesprochen. Ich habe kurz gezeigt, wie ich per LLM historische Vorlesungsverzeichnisse strukturiert, in #OpenRefine bearbeitet und dann nach #Wikidata geladen habe. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Statistik der Edits im Zeitverlauf und ein paar Probebohrungen in den Daten. Slides: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18944324
Ohne die super erschlossenen VLVZ der @UB_HUBerlin wäre das nicht möglich. -
Has it become more difficult to upload larg(-ish) datasets to #Wikidata? Quickstatements at some point produces only errors, #OpenRefine gets stuck ... strange. I don't think it always has been like this.

[#mastohelp] Depuis plusieurs semaines j'ai un souci de réconciliation #OpenRefine #Commons (sur OR 3.9 ou 3.10, sur ordi Linux ou Windows), avec des messages d'erreur et 0 alignements (alors que les images existent puisque la liste vient de Commons)
- j'utilise bien : https://commonsreconcile.toolforge.org/en/api
- ça semble dysfonctionner uniquement sur les nouveaux projets (test OK sur un ancien projet, déjà réconcilié)
