Tribute to Paul Strand's "White Fence".
Except this one is purple. But you can't tell that, due to technical limitations of black and white imaging.
Or is it?

The 5-Span Bridge of Pakenham, Ontario.
We discussed this bridge briefly in a "History of Engineering" class that I has to take back when pencils were all the rage for drafting.
They had no idea why it was built this way. The stone arch construction was ridiculously obsolete when it was built in 1903.

Drive according to road conditions? Hmm, I'd rate them as "nope".
No worries about yielding to oncoming traffic though.
(Actually the signage is weirdly bad on the other side of the bridge, so cars were appearing over yonder, but they has to turn around.)

The Opeongo Road.
Some alternative shots were ruined by black flies. Yup, it has begun.

Both of my next-door neighbours have fake owls.
Great. Now I need to go to Home Depot and get a fake owl, or I will be shunned by the community.
Birds aren't real.

One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others

"No rush or anything", said the guy on the top, "BUT THIS BUILDING IS ON FIRE".
Rope practice at the fire station.

Playground monolith.
A bunch of kids were dancing around it earlier, having figured out the use of tools and weaponry. I gave them space.
