You know you're a #duffer when you consult a man page to jog your memory on a command's syntax, and the first thing you read is, "This program is obsolete."

@andyc got me thinking about the term #duffer when used as a tag. I've always assumed it means a senior person of jokingly incompetent, clumsy, or ineffectual demeanor. I don't golf, so not that. I might be interested in trying my hand at cattle rustling in Australia, but I might be too old. What are your thoughts and/or definitions?
