I returned recently from a long road trip from my home in San Francisco through CA, NV, AZ, UT and CO. My goal was to photograph the leaves changing at high altitude, but I was a bit early most places I went. But as I reviewed my photos, I realized that fall color means so much more than yellow aspen trees. The next few weeks of photos are from that trip.
