Reporting on the upcoming Reserve Bank meeting next Tuesday morning, #ChrisKohler said that they would be making their decision at 2:30 pm.

I don't believe that is correct. The decision will be made during their meeting in the morning, & then announced at 2:30 in the afternoon.

I know that this is only a small point, but that's the point. If you can't be relied upon to report the small things accurately, then who will believe you with the big stories?

  2. "The government announced the wording it will put to the Parliament yesterday".

    That's #abcnews #abcsydney this morning.

I so much wish that I could tell you what I'm going to do yesterday ...

    Standards they have none.

  3. Whatever happened to people taking pride in their work? People trying to do their jobs to the best of their ability?

People wanting to provide an exceptional service for their customers?

The levels of incompetence and lack of professionalism that I am seeing on a daily basis leave me gasping for breath.

I just can't understand why people just don't give a fuck about their jobs any more.

  4. Interesting choice of words by #9News tonight, reporting on the increase in interest rates as stealing from mortgage holders.

  5. I just heard on #ABCSydney news that, with reference to the #RoboDebtRC, Alan Sludge had told them that it was not his responsibility to ensure that his department ensured the legality of the scheme.

    WTAF?

As the minister, that was exactly his job!

  6. So, Vodafone service in Bondi is failing again today

    #VodaFail

  7. Looks like #VodaFail is back.

There's no service out here in the sticks in ... Bondi.

  8. Reporter on #ABCSydney #AM this morning has a very thick Irish accent, to the point where "solar farm" sounds more like "sewer farm".

Ah yes, the joys of radio.

  9. Tracking from #Aramex showing just how shit they are.

Their courier picked up the package on Tuesday morning, but it has yet to reach their Sydney processing centre.

The actual distance from source to destination for the package is maybe 30 kilometres, but it's obviously going nowhere.

  10. Still no response from #Aramex, and also no response to my two emails to the supplier, #vetalogica.

So I called the supplier. They seemed less interested in listening to me, and although they claimed to have called the couriers, had no information on the status of my delivery.

If you've called the couriers and spoken with them, how do you not have any further information, and why do you not contact the customer to give them an update.

They don't know that their primary role is communication

  11. Still no response from #Aramex

They appear to have no understanding of what customer service is.

I have also referred to this matter to the shipper; let's see how they react.

  12. #rant.

A big shout out to those organisations who believe that a 48 hour turnaround for a customer service query by email is a satisfactory response time.

    No, it is not.

I'm looking at you, #Aramex. My package was collected by you for delivery yesterday, but according to your tracking, nothing has happened to it since it was collected.

    Nothing.

    Not a damn thing!

Your website "apology" is just bullshit condescension, and is not in any way acceptable.
