OMG received a delivery!! So excited, it was so well done. Observe #aramex

Whenever I discover an online shop I've purchased from uses Aramex as their courier, I have regrets. 10 days ago, tracking said my packet was sent from Brisbane. Now, the Aramex tracking website can't deliver a packet either.

Is #aramex the WORST courier in the country?
A component I've been waiting for was picked up by the courier from the local depot for delivery to me at 1:34pm on Monday. It's been riding around in their van for over THREE DAYS! Still not here.
Having written this rant, no, I don't feel any better. -
And day two of the bizarro-Kmart-prints from across the lands saga begins.. Let's see if Aramex's courier can make an actual appearance today.... Going to start billing them by the hour after 5pm today.

It may come as no surprise, but the #Aramex driver forgot to bleep a box...
Thankfully, all 5 packages have been delivered, despite the lack of bleeping -
*Another* van parked across my driveway!
This time with the added bonus of delivering a parcel that's not for me!Here's a hint, #Aramex - if the house number is very low, like one of the first two counting numbers we learn, that's a Big Clue that the house is at the start of the street!
Not halfway along. -
Their website says: "At #Aramex Australia, our approach to courier services is unique"
Oh honey, uniquely bad isn't something to promote.
-
Dear #Aramex, I'll stop mashing the refresh button when you start delivering the package.

This was "posted" from NSW over a week ago. It never went into "In Transit" according to ebay's dispute page. But ebay's own tracking page shows the parcel as being in Brisbane 80 minutes after it was picked up?
But Aramex's tracking page shows the parcel was never picked up.
It's horseshit from top to bottom, it seems. These systems are either broken or misused by the humans in the loop.

Do you find watching paint drying to be far too stimulating and fast-paced an activity? Do you crave something more slower paced? Well if so, you're in luck! All you have to do is buy something that gets sent via #Aramex and spend your days watching the tracking information progress at a glacial crawl!

Folks, after a mere 7 days following my vendor reporting my purchase had shipped, #Aramex has picked it up. What sorcery is this?
-
We've found a freight company that could definitely contest the #WorstService crown held by #Aramex ! 😅
-
Well as another day passes #Aramex continues to live up to is reputation as more than shit. An item ordered last Sunday, picked up on Monday and lost within 20 minutes of them getting their useless hands on it.
-
Well done #Aramex you've now managed to reach the service level of, things can get delivered faster from China than from Christchurch bravfuckingoh

Package tracker: “your parcel is currently being processed at a sortation facility”
Me: “English, motherfucker. Do. You. Speak. It?”

Tracking from #Aramex showing just how shit they are.
Their courier picked up the package on Tuesday morning, but it has yet to reach their Sydney processing centre.
The actual distance from source to destination for the package is maybe 30 kilometres, but it's obviously going nowhere.

Still no response from #Aramex, and also no response to my two emails to the supplier, #vetalogica.
So I called the supplier. They seemed less interested in listening to me, and although they claimed to have called the couriers, had no information on the status of my delivery.
If you've called the couriers and spoken with them, how do you not have any further information, and why do you not contact the customer to give them an update.
They don't know that their primary role is communication

Still no response from #Aramex
They appear to have no understanding of what customer service is.
I have also referred to this matter to the shipper; let's see how they react.

A big shout out to those organisations who believe that a 48 hour turnaround for a customer service query by email is a satisfactory response time.
No, it is not.
I'm looking at you, #Aramex. My package was collected by you for delivery yesterday, but according to your tracking, nothing has happened to it since it was collected.
Nothing.
Not a damn thing!
Your website "apology" is just bullshit condescension, and is not in any way acceptable.
