Is #aramex the WORST courier in the country?
A component I've been waiting for was picked up by the courier from the local depot for delivery to me at 1:34pm on Monday. It's been riding around in their van for over THREE DAYS! Still not here.

This time with the added bonus of delivering a parcel that's not for me!Here's a hint, #Aramex - if the house number is very low, like one of the first two counting numbers we learn, that's a Big Clue that the house is at the start of the street!

This was "posted" from NSW over a week ago. It never went into "In Transit" according to ebay's dispute page. But ebay's own tracking page shows the parcel as being in Brisbane 80 minutes after it was picked up?
But Aramex's tracking page shows the parcel was never picked up.
It's horseshit from top to bottom, it seems. These systems are either broken or misused by the humans in the loop.

Went out to run some errands this morning. Wandered down the drive and low and behold said package has finally arrived on a Sunday.. Go figure 🤷 I guess instead of resting on the 7th day #Aramex decided to actually do something

I've told merchants I will not buy from them if they ship via Aramex. One of them said they had received so many complaints they were changing couriers. :-)

My regular cat food delivery was due today. #Aramex the couriers say “if you’re not home we’ll leave it in a safe place.”
So someone buzzes my doorbell but when I say “Hello?” there’s no answer, and by the time I get downstairs to the front door there’s just a box abandoned beneath the letterboxes; I get there just in time to see the courier drive away in a tiny hatchback.
Then I get an email “We left your parcel in a safe place.”
FFS “safe place” my arse; if I hadn’t been home to fetch it immediately, anyone could have walked off the street with it. Not that they would have stolen kibble, but still
