  1. I've had a jawbreaker jack for ages but I don't off-road so I've got no jack points for it. It's just my winch, post-puller, and pretty great for the riding mower. Definitely one my favorite, albeit dangerous, .

Harbor Freight put their Badland jack on sale for ITC members starting today. Still a heap of dosh but I've watched enough reviews to know I'll be at their door this morning. Anything to make on the truck, on the lawn, a little easier. Rear drums are coming up next.

  2. LubeLogger has been a great addition to the so far. I went ahead and back dated all the recent parts and fluid purchases into the system, entered the dates of the work performed, recent refueling, etc. It's nice to have an ongoing log, and to have all recurring services scheduled in it. As long as I'm mindful to keep the odometer reading updated, or sufficient time has passed, it'll let me know what's coming up.

  3. Truck is 99.9% done. I'd been waiting for the freezing temps to pass to start flushing it out. Block drains are seized so I can't drain as much coolant as I'd like to at once, but I've just gotten 2.75 gallons of distilled water into it. I estimate means about .5 to .75 gallons of coolant still in the block. Probably take a few flushes before it runs clear.

Better still, I'm way below quotes I've seen for the job and I've loads of tools to show off for the savings.
