  4. @CLondoner92 you seem too uncritical of the botched contactless rollout. Daily and weekly caps near me are single operator, which is a nuisance when there are five operators on hourly-ish routes in one town. People have to realise which multi-operator passes exist and ask for the right one on the first service they use, else they'll pay more.

Also, tap on tap off rollout has been used as cover to remove through tickets to #kingsLynn hospital. A 40+% fare increase on many routes!

This chart shows how personal experience varies despite official scorecards .
Our experience with East Midlands Railway disabled assistance has always been excellent, with staff often going above and beyond.
But here they are languishing just below halfway in the scoring.
    It's all a bit odd.

  6. Contactless tap-in, tap-out ticketing will be extended to 50 more stations across south-east #England from 14 December 2025, including #London #Stansted and #Southend #airports. Backed by £18.7 million in government funding, the upgrade will allow passengers to use bank cards or devices instead of paper tickets, offering simpler, more flexible travel. The Department for Transport says the move will modernise rail ticketing ahead of the creation of Great #British #Railways, which aims to streamline fares nationwide. #Transport for London and train operators including Greater Anglia and South Western Railway have welcomed the rollout, saying it will improve convenience for millions of travellers, particularly the 6.7 million annual users of Stansted #Airport.

  8. May - Color Temperature

Always love the colour of these plants. Taken back in May

  9. April - Day in the life

I run past this every other day but never considered stopping to take a photo. Taken while I was aimlessly wandering around while the kids were in a birthday party which is a common occurence these days

  10. April - Found Fiction

    Taking this prompt very literally

  11. May - Implied Narrative

Tricky prompt then this scene appeared, made me think of cousin it.

  12. March - Hidden in Plain Sight

Knew what I was going to do for this one, kids always wave at the skeleton when walking past, I never even noticed it until they did.

Took a few attempts getting a decently sharp long exposure handheld but the X00VI is *really* good for this stuff. March all caught up, will get through April quickly 🤞

  13. March - Before & After

Had utterly no idea what to do with this prompts until I found these bins.

  14. March - Unconventional angles

That time of month that I post 2 month late prompts with the promise to catch up, which I am actually gonna do this month.

Run up and down these stairs multiple times a day usually and have been meaning to take this photo so a timely prompt.

  15. February - Found artificial light

I was just gonna use one of my gig shots for this prompt but didn't seem like that was the spirit. This is where I sit waiting on the kids doing gymnastics and it always felt very cinematic. I think a little portrait session here would be fun if any Glasgow people are up for it.

Finally caught up with Febuary, will be trying to get through March quickly.

  16. February - Found Natural Light

One of the reasons I keep falling behind on this weekly challenge is I keep holding out for great photo instead of working with what I have. Expect more mediocre photos. I still like this one though

  17. February - Harsh Shadows

I have taken this photo a *lot* of times, I don't think this is quite it but it is the one I like the most so far.

  19. January - Introduction

No introduction is complete without these 2 little sidekicks. It's the 1 year anniversary of them coming home and could not have hoped for a better year.
