It sounds like Columbus is going to create a parallel zoning code for the zoning code update. Properties will move from Title 33 to Title 34 in batches. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JYX4Eic7Ow

Last I heard from the City of Columbus:
- Presenting to Area Commissions on the zoning code update in March
- Draft updates to zoning code and zoning map presented to public for comment in early AprilThat's just for the "corridors".
Rest of city zoning changes targeting December 2024.

Zoning Code Update news!
We previously knew that the City was planning to send postcards with the survey to ~80,000 owners and renters within 125 feet of the corridors.Those postcards will be going out likely next week, says James Lewis from Zone In Columbus, at an Area Commission training meeting tonight.
And there will be zoning workshops on October 21, 26, 30, and November 2. Soon to be posted at https://zone-in-columbus.hub.arcgis.com/
