##ZiaYousuf has again made comments about #KCC working practices. He has said that many staff have software installed on their laptops that allow the KCC management team to check up on them when they work from home, but the team do not do so, and this he believes is a waste of almost £100 million. It is not known how he came to this figure, and his unelected authority to speak was challenged by Amanda Beer.

#ZiaYousuf has been mocked today after clamining that #KCC had an "asylum budget" and that the council has been spending money on outrageous things like luxury hair extensions for these people.

No council in the UK has an Assylum Budget.

I do not think the second point requires rebuttal.

Yes, that may be true, but that was under a Conservative Government.

Since then then the figures have improved.
