but in May at the Locals last year Reform got 40% of the vote. and the Greens got 12%This year the #Greens got 39% of the vote

Kent County Council #KCC says it is set to save £40,000 by removing potted plants from its offices.
Maintaining the plants is "no longer a priority" and axing a contract for their upkeep would ensure resources were "focused on core services", according to council documents.
Reform won control of the local authority in May, promising to make savings.
