Saw someone asking if #Nintendo is doing an #OoT remake because they can't make an OoT-like Zelda anymore after BotW.
I think there are two reasons to make the OoT remake now:
1. The Switch 2 doesn't really have a platform seller yet. Mario Kart was probably supposed to be that game but wasn't. Donkey Kong wasn't either. Many millennials will be going for a Switch 2 now.
2. They're making a Zelda movie, so Zelda hype definitely helps with that. 😄

For a long time, I thought that my fondness for the game was mainly due to the timing it dropped. I was the right age, had a lot of spare time, friends in school who I'd have conversations about our current progress with. These kinds of things.
It wasn't until *much* later that I discovered OoT to be the highest ranked game on Metacritic. Among all platforms. That it wasn't just a personal favourite of mine, but a general one. 😄

The other day I achieved something pretty awesome, in my opinion at least.
In the #LegendOfZelda #OcarinaOfTime there is a major skip you can perform to bypass the Door of Time, skipping the Child Link segment of the game.
I finally pulled this off after deeming the trick outside the scope of my abilities. My low% run of #ZeldaOoT can continue!
Most people probably won't understand how hype I am about this, but for me this is a pretty big thing!
This was all done on the Switch Online Virtual Console, screenshots are provided of Adult Link receiving the Light Medallion whilst wearing the Silver Gauntlets, which was a while different ordeal to get.
Also you can see I still have the Fairy Ocarina and Navi is telling me to see the Great Deku Tree as she does at the start of Ocarina of Time.
I want to do some videos detailing how this run has gone, showing the execution of the glitches that make it possible.
But first, let me see if I can beat the game like this! -
