Eventuell habe ich die Ursache nicht direkt gefunden.
Eventuell läuft jetzt ein Script in Endlosschleife, welches regelmäßig per DNS bei anderen Hosts nachschaut was der lokale Präfix ist ggf. über iproute2 das System einmal neu konfiguriert.
Eventuell wird dieses Provisorium sehr lange leben.
