It’s so insane. #YangCaiying's mother just passed away a few days ago. Jintan police took Yang’s younger sister #YangLi has been taken away again. She was originally scheduled to undergo dialysis. Her condition becomes critical as the toxic level in her body has gone up and she has vomited and other side effects. The chief is the local police station ordered the hospital to seek his permission before letting Yang Li to undergo dialysis.

Petitioner #YangLi is in critical situation. Her kidney failure may lead to heart failure. It's life-threatening. But the Binhu police station did not provide any urgent medical assistance other than calling the medical emergency unit and the doctor who explained Yang's medical conditions left without giving Yang any emergency treatment.
