@t73fde Um das zu erreichen, mich entsprechend zu organisieren, brauche und nutze ich "ausgefeilte" Software.

Natürlich geht es dabei um Effizienz und Effektivität - vor allem um die "Pflichten" möglichst ohne Reibungsverlust und "Metaaufwand" fehlerfrei und zuverlässig zu erledigen. Dann bleibt viel mehr Zeit und Ruhe für das, was ich selbst aussuche.

Danke an alle, die sich an der Umfrage beteiligt haben! Ich selbst verwende oft XMind, da es aus der Mindmap eine Gliederung erzeugt <-> und umgekehrt und sogar in Markdown speichern kann.
Da hätte ich noch einen weitere Tool-Tipp für Euch: "Markmap" - online oder als Plugin für VSCode: Man schreibt seine Liste in MD, ein Mindmap wird erzeugt, Export in SVG oder interaktive HTML möglich.

@TfTHacker - About #MindMaps and #outlines: #Mindnode is my personal favorite mind mapper. Also: with one click, it can show the mind map and the outline view side by side, as you mentioned wanting #Xmind to do
