Hazli jedni!

Today, the 3D printer decided to make me smadonnare (swear). #3dprint #3dprinting #bambulab #x1c #bambulabx1c

Well, my last test prints with the material combination of #PETG and #BVOH (for the support interfaces) turned out very well, after proper drying of both filaments and printing with a single nozzle #BambuLab #X1C. It took quite a bit of fine-tuning in the settings, but now it seems to be working. I am now printing one of the two complicated models in its entirety, the monitor stand for the #NeXT #MegaPixel display.

#BambuLab #X1C

I'm wondering if anyone has already tested #3Dprinting with #TPU 63D in an #AMS on a #BambuLab #X1C #3Dprinter?
#BambuLab recommends a minimum of #TPU 68D, but I don't think there's much difference between 63D and 68D.
Thank you for your feedback and advice. -
I'm so annoyed at the #BambuLabs situation. My #X1C is a phenomenal machine, but I simply cannot support the company after they bait-and-switched on us and locked down the firmware the way they did.
This is why we can't have nice things. #3DPrinting

Oh Gott… es ist locker 20 Jahre her, dass ich mich mal mit Wärmeleitpaste beschäftigt habe. Aber mein X1 Carbon möchte mal neu abgeschmiert werden. #X1C

Oh man, over three thousand hours of printing time leaves its marks on a printer like this. Even if it is a #BambuLab #X1C. What I urgently need to do:
1. Cleaning! Cleaning VERY thoroughly.
2. tighten the belts and adjust the pullies. Possibly even replace belts.
3. Replace the housing fan. The original one seems to have bearing damage and makes a hell of a noise!
3. Clean or replace the extruder. -

This is a real perfect first layer (on my Bambu Lab X1C, except the right back corner. Here you can see a... wavy surface structure, and I don't know what the reason could be.
Do you have any ideas?

Bummer! It seems that #BigTreeTech is currently working on a replacement board for #BambuLab #X1C printers (running Klipper), to fix that dreadful firmware desaster. 😳
-
Wow! 3 specific parts of my #NeXT #MegaPixel display take almost 18 hours to print on the #BambuLab #X1C. On a resin printer (Saturn 4 Ultra), #Chitubox tells me it takes 3:43h. And that's with significantly better print quality.
Wow! 😳

This usually takes about 15 minutes on a 0.4 nozzle :nkoSigh: #Benchy #3DPrinting #3DPrinter #BambuLab #X1C

I did not realize using a 0.2 nozzle would increase printing time by so much. I'm running a #Benchy print and it's going to take 2 hours :bear_facepalm: :emo_skull:

Had to share this as it was sooo much fun and one of those few projects that works first time!!

Oh, the first life stream of my #BambuLab #X1C. Do you get a smooth stream?

Is there anyone here who has both a #BambuLab #X1C AND a #P1S?
I have noticed that the housings differ slightly in width and depth, where they should be the same size. Specifically, it concerns the recess at the top where the glass plate is inserted. The internal dimensions of my P1S are about 1.5 mm larger than those of the X1C.
Can anyone confirm this?
Please share, thank you. 🙏🏻

For all users of #BambuLab printers who also use a #PandaTouch. This could be interesting.
I have developed a dock that is screwed to a #P1P or #P1S, “encloses” the original display and gives the Panda Touch a tilt mechanism like the one on the #X1C display.
-
For three months now, I've had a #P1S in addition to my #BambuLab #X1C. I've had the Panda Touch Display from #BigTreeTech since January of this year. It's a great device. But now it's time to find its place on the P1S.
For this purpose, I have designed a dock that can be tilted with a hinge, similar to the one on the X1C. I have missed this feature in all the docks and mounts that have been available so far.

I was also asked to make a clip/magazine holder insert for an ammo bag. This one got grabbed before I had time to take photos.

"What’s more interesting is that the K1 series is equipped with substantial networking, cloud connectivity, and remote control features. It seems that Creality has implemented some form of farm management system where an array of K1s could be running production jobs."
This could be great! Maybe #Creality now feels as if their printers are on par with #Prusa, after the #MK3 outperformed the #Ender3 in #PrintFarm usage.
The #Ender3 just wasn't reliable enough, and if it was used, it had to be heavily modded.
But a new age of print farms has grown with the release of the #Bambulab #X1C. Someone could have a small print farm for their products without any #3dprinting skill and juet plug-and-play their printers.
Creating a commercial print-and-play solution is a great step.
It will be interesting to see if this is a fork of #Octofarm, a multi-printer #Klipper and #Mainsail setup, or something brand new. #Prusa already have their own solutions.

"The advanced leveling accessory mentioned above is installed by default in the K1 Max. This accessory includes a LIDAR sensor that scans the print bed and develops a surface model of “one million points”. That’s equivalent to 1,000 x 1,000 touches for mechanical sensors used in other equipment. The K1 series also includes a strain sensor built into the toolhead. Creality said, "
Some have called the LiDar a gimic on the #BambuLab #X1C, so I wonder if #Creality only opten for this for the trend and hype or that they brought in their own design here and use cases.
Furthermore, their first printer with the strain guage was the #crowdfunded and #KickStarter #CR6SR, which I personally have. Although it simplifies the bed leveling process and I never understood or experienced the struggles of #Ender3 leveleing, it had its own problems.
