There's an veteran talking about his recent #book 'Wounding Warriors', in which he describes a certain #mentalHealth industrial complex that has occured in the US, when #exMilitary persons earn a lifetime of high benefits under the proviso of mental health when in actuality, the #trauma is almost certain to pass over time.
Rethinking how we support people after #military service could be beneficial at a societal level, and could limit "#interventionism" (put mildly).
