The word #revolution ultimately comes from Latin revolutio, “a rolling back” or “turning around,” from revolvere: re- (“back, again”) + volvere (“to roll, turn”).
Rolling things over is rarely bloodless.

I’m not adversarial toward any movement.
I am just not interested in being collateral.

The beautiful thing about not wrapping your identity around any given cult, movement, or politician is the absolute liberty to say what you think, believe what you say, and do what you think.
Liberty and freedom are not the same.

#WordsMeanThings and #sensemaking is downstream from the colloquialism and vernacular #meaning as #VerbalMemes ricochet around the mainstream #BodyPolitic and #subcultures.

It's perhaps not the biggest of issues out there, but people using "centibillionaire" when they mean "hectobillionaire" always make a negative impression on me.

Here is the problem we have seen: monasteries have been sending us letters full of good intentions but full of bad writing.
The thoughts were right.
The sentences were a mess.
That worries us.
If the monks can’t write clearly, can they really understand the Scriptures clearly?
We think the two go together.
Sloppy writing often means sloppy thinking. And sloppy thinking about the Bible is far more dangerous than sloppy writing.

#PSA:
"to make do" means to work with what you've got.
Afaik, "to make due" doesn't mean anything.
I guess it could mean "to impose a deadline," but that seems awkward.
Most likely, the phrase you're needing is "to make do."
No, I don't wanna be prescriptivist. But also, #WordsMeanThings.

I’ve reflexively hated the term “female” instead of “women”, and until @quixoticgeek explained the #history and context, I didn’t understand why.
