I have never understood why some people think "I want to speak to your manager" will get them anywhere.

That doesn't work in my paying job.

I do have a role and work in a team that I like A LOT but even in my past gigs, my manager has always had my back. The one from the bank would ask me to write GFY emails they sent to people like that. Professional emails.

One benefit of OneDrive, aside from the backups, is being able to go into a project directory in the web UI and restore the versions of the two files that totally fubar'ed the whole works.
