Wegen dieses Artikels über die Zustände im 'Ankunftszentrum' für Geflüchtete in Berlin-Tegel
wurde das @ndaktuell vom #DRK verklagt, hat in vielem Recht behalten, soll aber 6000€ Prozesskosten zahlen, weil der Streitwert sehr hoch angesetzt wurde (120.000€). Für eine kleine linke Zeitung ist das schwer.
