A One Name Study (ONS) on WikiTree focuses on researching all occurrences of a single surname — not just your own family line. The ultimate aim is to research the genealogy and family history of every person with that name, across all times and places.
WikiTree already has thousands of ONS projects underway. You can coordinate up to three and participate in as many as you like. If your surname doesn't have a study yet, it needs you!
