Just watched a sad documentary, presenting teenaged girls (and mothers of teen girls who took their own lives) talking about their ongoing experience of social media, body image, self-esteem and mental health - and the damage and pain that persist even long after they close their toxic social media accounts.

Btw: the girls have become activists 💪.

We've been watching the ITV series 'A Taste For Murder' on ITVx.
It's not a series that's ever going to set the ratings on fire, but it's a pleasant enough watch - with a bit of cooking thrown in for you to follow along to.
It's a kind of Midsomer Murders in Italy (with a souçon of darkness).
We quite like it.
