Evening question to web devs: for a web app, do you think it's better to be a PWA working offline with service workers, or should it simply be packaged somehow for each platform (Android, iOS, Ubuntu Touch, etc)?
It does *not* need to access internet at any time (but will obviously require to be updated at some point)
