When I got my Prophet 10 synth a few years back I made a version of John Carpenter's theme from Escape From New York. Even though it only took a few hours and it was just a test of the synth I reckon it's pretty good! I wouldn't mind going back to it to develop the drums a bit more, they were kinda just thrown in, but still they're tight.

Today I learned that the Grace Jones song 'Walking in the Rain' is a cover of an original by Flash & The Pan. Grace Jones' version is brilliant, but the original is amazing too, sounds so fresh for something made in 1978! Worth a listen if you're learning this for the first time too...
