    Checked into the #MSUARC Michigan State University ARC net over Allstarlink tonight using DVSwitch Mobile (net Thurs 800p Eastern)

    Good to hear #W8EO dialed in from Florida, "Two Ed's are better than one."

    I talked about the one-day tech class that Dan @kb6nu is teaching this weekend Saturday 2026-02-07 in Ann Arbor.

    I also mentioned the Dayton bus that ARROW is running from Ann Arbor to #Hamvention this year again, in the hopes someone would drive down from East Lansing to pick it up.

    CW: Michigan State University ARC?

    QSO just now with Ed #W8EO via DMR #TG3126 (Michigan). He is for a long time affiliated with the MSUARC ( #W8SH / #W8MSU ) amateur radio club on the MSU campus.

    Club home page is at egr.msu.edu/msuarc/ and Ed reports that there's a Discord server running as well (not listed on that page).

    There are whole bunch of interesting digital voice protocols, starting with #EchoLink and going on and on beyond that.

    In the Lansing area, ask the Michigan State University Amateur Radio Club (MSUARC), egr.msu.edu/msuarc/ . Ed #W8EO is a good contact via EchoLink and Brandmeister DMR.
