#Westerhout 5, commonly referred to as #W5, is a star-forming region located in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is also known as the Soul Nebula and IC 1848.
The region is characterized by massive stars that have carved out cavities in the surrounding gas and dust, leading to the formation of new stars within pillars of gas and dust.

#WoD 5th edition is heading in an interesting direction.
Vampire is by far the most popular game. They evolved #V5 and made it the best it has ever been, but it is thematically the same.
And then you get a super contemporary pivot. Hunter #H5 becomes a metaphor for desperate worker class struggle. Werewolf #W5 becomes (barely) a metaphor for global anti-capitalist struggle. I strongly believe Mage will focus on disinformation and war on facts.
WoD is the most relevant game world ever, really.

In other news, I came to a realization last night about why the 5th ed #WorldOfDarkness games ... are kind of shit.
(Well, apart from the guys in charge being racist d-bags).
Namely, #V5 and #W5 are really focused on "You have to play the game THIS WAY, or you are DOING IT WRONG." With 'this way' being a local, small-scale game of personal horror.
