Been busy with the #HistoricalGeography of Swansea's #copper industry. Peter Lord did a series of books on the #VisualCultureOfWales and many of my source industrial landscapes turn up in his books. I realised that there is a distinct visual culture of #Swansea which is further distinct from Wales because of the uniqueness of the #LowerSwanseaValley and the copper industry. Uniqueness is also reflected in the views from Townhill and Kilvey over the town. This is my first take on it.
