    Some clever winemakers are being inventive. Here's a bottle of French dry white wine built from hybrid grape varieties that have better natural resistance to disease and mildew. (So no need for chemical treatments.)
    The approach looks like (a) crossing a succesful modern grape variety with something older/more robust, (b) then creating innovative blends.

    Unusual hashtags. So, I now accidentally know a little about a Mexican composer and a place in Puerto Rico. My point though is that Bodegas Ponce (Manchuela, Spain) make some good wines. Available from Vinatis in the UK.
    The bobal varietals are lovely.
