One caution about Venngage and PDFs that I would add is about pricing for small organizations or nonprofits.
While both Venngage and Canva have free plans for personal use, only Canva's free plan allows you to export to PDF. To export to accessible PDF using Venngage, currently I think you need to subscribe to their "Business" plan at USD $24/month. 😬

Shawn Jordison (aka "The Accessibility Guy") reviews the accessibility of PDFs output by two online design platforms: Canva and Venngage.
Anyone familiar with PDFs generated by Canva won't be surprised by its failures. By contrast, Venngage can output a PDF/UA compliant file.
