I watch a lot of health/nutrition related stuff, such as #documentaries by #MichaelMosley, the #VanTulleken twins, etc., and this was a topic that came up, I bought a book about it, and here I am 2cm thinner from a high-MUFA diet (when compared to same weight when on a diet not high in MUFA). 🙂 What prompted me to post about this? A media article claiming it's a "myth" that you can lose fat from a specific area, then proceeded to talk about almost everything under the sun EXCEPT for MUFA...
