Ran a 5K this morning. First time I’ve run a race in a long, long time. Been building up my base again these last couple months. The goal was to just run the whole thing, which I did. 30 minutes and some change. Not too shabby.
Next: half marathon in the spring followed by a full marathon a year from now.
