Mi chiedo se questa storia dei 5000 euro non possa essere portata di fronte a qualche tribunale internazionale, e da chi? Io sapevo che i trattati sulla navigazione impongono di salvare vite, non di lasciare che affoghino, di multarle per essere sopravvissute o metterle in un lager.
