They say to listen to your body but I’m not always certain how to interpret what my body is telling me.

Like, when I woke up on the weekend with 6 *new* zits on my face, all I thought was how ugly I looked, how painful the zits were, + that I’m too fucking old for this shit.
But now I think it’s my body’s way of telling me it’s time to stop eating so much junk.
