Friendly reminder that VPNs alone won’t keep you safe online. (There are a lot of valid use cases for VPNs that I glossed over in my original post, due to a lot of VPN advertising focusing on false use cases).
Know what will? Use an AdBlocker. Encourage everyone you know to use an AdBlocker.
Google and other ad providers don’t care about your safety or privacy, don’t vet their ads, and actively profit off of malicious ads and tracking.
