Why is #rsync -aP speed dramatically fluctuating from ~40kbit/s to 10mbit/s? Is there something I can do to improve performance? As far as I know the USB thumbdrive I am copying to should be #usb3 and the port on my device lists USB 3.2 Gen1. #linux#files#cli#cp#usb3_2
