"Relax" is the debut single by English #newWave band #FrankieGoesToHollywood, released in the United Kingdom by #ZTTRecords in 1983. Produced by #TrevorHorn and featuring the band along with other musicians, entered the #UKTop75SinglesChart in November 1983 but did not crack the Top 40 until early January 1984. Three weeks later it reached number one, on the chart dated 28 January 1984, replacing #PaulMcCartney's "#PipesOfPeace".
