The EU has approved Ukraine's plan for the €50 billion Ukraine Facility program, with an initial disbursement of €1.89 billion. Ukraine aims to attract €16 billion within the program this year to enhance its financial resilience amid the full-scale war with Russia. PM Denys Shmyhal thanked Belgium, which currently heads the EU Council, and EU member states for the high assessment of the plan and unwavering support. #UkraineFacility #EUApproval

The EU has approved Ukraine's plan to receive 50 billion euros in aid. Ukraine will receive 1.89 billion euros in advance funding. This year, Ukraine expects to attract 16 billion euros within the program. This will strengthen Ukraine's financial stability during the full-scale war with Russia. "Ukraine has received 1.5 billion euros from the EU as part of Ukraine Facility," Prime Minister Shmyhal announced.
