Dann besteht ja Hoffnung, dass hier am Ende noch Uferschwalben nach kommen. Hab gestern geschaut, hab nur neun bei den Bruthöhlen gesehen.

It is a magical experience to see them in such large numbers and to hear the rustle of their wings as the flock billows across the sky.

They gather here before their big flight to their winter quarters. In the mornings and evenings the swarm joins together and flies together, so their cohesion is strengthened.
